Local History Society An organisation formed in 1985, pursuing an interest in local
history through monthly meetings held on the second Wednesday of each month, at 7-
A programme of speakers on relevant topics is offered during the months September to April,
with an outside visit arranged for the final meeting of the season in May. The Society is hoping to produce booklets detailing the history of a number of village organisations.
